Food brings people together on many different levels. It’s the nourishment of the soul and body. Share these with family and friends this Bank Holiday weekend. This recipe has been adapted from an Ottolenghi recipe.

- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g pistachios

For after cooking:
- 2tsp ground black pepper
- 1tsp cayenne (add extra tsp if you like them ultra spicy)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl leaving out the pepper and cayenne.
- Lay them on a baking tray and cook for 15-18 minutes at 170C
- Leave to cool in the tray.
- Store in an air-tight container.
Don’t leave them cooling too long or there’ll be none left to store!
