3-month 1:1 Programme - 4 x 1essions

In this programme, you will have an Initial Consultation (2 hours) via Zoom and over the course of the 3 months we will have further 3 x 45-minute follow-up sessions, again via Zoom.

In the Initial Consultation, I will take your case history and start building your plan for better health. The plan will always be written for you, making it fit your lifestyle and include realistic manageable steps driven by you.

The Healthy Habits Club is a membership community to support you to discover the secrets of boundless energy by creating healthier habits.

I have been helping lots of people change their sugar habits and protect themselves from diabetes. I want to help you too.

This membership is about support and encouragement if you have been told you are pre-diabetic or you are concerned about your sugar habits. It’s also about motivating you to help you to have more energy, to do the things you love for longer, by making simple changes to your diet and lifestyle.
