Kitchen Table Talks: Real Conversations for Real Wellbeing

Topic for September:

Back on Track – One simple habit to reset your rhythm after summer

Has the change of routine over the summer left some of your healthy habits by the wayside?

Perhaps you’ve been eating differently, moving less, staying up later or simply finding it harder to make time for yourself. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed or that you need to start all over again.

In this Kitchen Table Talk, we’ll explore how you can get back on track without trying to change everything at once.

Together, we’ll look at what has changed, what is still working and what your body needs now. You’ll then choose one small, realistic habit that can help you feel more settled and find your rhythm again.

This is a relaxed, friendly session with plenty of opportunity to reflect, share ideas if you’d like to, and create a practical next step that fits into your life.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of what has slipped over the summer.
  • Recognition of the healthy habits that are still supporting you.
  • A simple way to decide where to begin.
  • One realistic action to help you get back on track.

You don’t need a strict new regime or a complete overhaul. Sometimes, one small habit is enough to help everything else begin to fall back into place.

I’d love you to join us around the Kitchen Table.
