Used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to calm mind and body.

Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder to milk of choice, organic and unsweetened. You could use almond, coconut, oat or raw milk.

Add a sprinkle of powdered ginger, cinnamom and a grind of black pepper.
Mix in a saucepan and cook until hot.

Once it’s hot you can add rice malt syrup, maple syrup or raw honey to taste if you need it.
