Ingredients:

1 whole Cauliflower
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tsp turmeric

Serves: 3-4 people

Method:

You will need a large frying pan. Melt the oil in the frying pan and add the turmeric. Turn off the heat once the turmeric is all mixed with oil.

Now you want to cut the cauliflower into pieces that will easily fit in your food processor. Use the main blade or a grater depending on your food processor and pulverise the cauliflower about one quarter at a time. When the part you are doing is rice sized (see picture) empty it into the pan with the oil and turmeric and do the next bit until it’s all done. If there are any bits that don’t break up straight away then put them back in and have another go.

Turn the cauliflower in the oil and turmeric until it is all coloured. Once you have all the other food ready then put it back on the heat and heat through. You only want to make it hot, if you cook it much it will go mushy.
