If you’ve been feeling more overwhelmed lately, struggling to switch off, waking up tired, or feeling like your body is constantly running on adrenaline… you’re not imagining it.
And it’s not “just stress”.
Your body is responding to what’s happening day to day – how you’re eating, sleeping, moving, thinking, coping and carrying the load of everyday life.
