You can make a big batch of this with this many ingredients or just put a smaller amount of the ingredients together to use straight away. I have played with what I put in depending on what’s in the cupboard and it’s still delicious. Last night I used a bit of celery salt and no coriander seeds (none in the cupboard).

100g flaked almonds
100g sesame seeds
100g sunflower seeds
2 tbs olive oil
some flaky sea salt
2 tbs coriander seeds (if you like them otherwise without or a bit less!)
2 tbs fennel seeds
1 tbs cumin seeds
1 tbs caraway seeds
1 tsp smoked chilli flakes

Put all the ingredients in a roasting tin and put in the over for about 20 mins at 175 degrees centigrade. Let it cool before eating. This can be stored in an airtight jar for several weeks, not that it lasts that long in our house!
